In this system the candidate should achieve a specific percentage of votes to win in the election, it means that even you are the first candidate but if you cannot get that specific percentages votes you can't win. So if no one get a specific percentages, the election held after some days for the second election.

Also called “first-past-the-post” or “winner-take-all” systems, plurality systems simply award a seat to the individual candidate who receives the most votes in an election. The candidate does not need to get a majority (50 %+)

Why should we attend to electoral systems?

A country’s electoral system is the method used to calculate the number of elected positions in government that are awarded individuals and parties after elections. In other words; it is the way that votes are translated into seats in parliament
